  13th April, placed a delivery order. After 90mins the store rang and said our order still had not left the store. I explained to the young man on the phone that it's probably not his fault but I suggest he tells the store owner that this amount of time to wait for a delivery is absurd! I asked my order to be cancelled (as my 3 children were now VERY hungry). The young man apologised and said he would credit back the cost of my order to the credit card I paid with. Well one week later I'm still waiting for my $38.95 to be reimbursed. Once before we also had to wait 2 hrs for a delivery from another store. Lift your game Red Rooster!!

  Worst service, worst food. Didn't know what a classic quarter was. Vegetables frozen, missing chicken strips. Everything cold and old and waiting 40 minutes in store while they work out what I ordered.
